Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2009, partner Olivier Bernardi specialises in banking and financial corporate and regulatory matters, as well as financial markets regulation and litigation (procedural, compliance and KYC/AML issues, disciplinary and judicial disputes, international sanctions).

Olivier advises credit institutions and investment firms concerning their structures, their products and their regulatory framework. He is regularly in contact with the French and European authorities, in particular the French Ministry of Finance, the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) and the French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR).

Olivier previously worked for three years as Deputy Head of the Banking and Monetary Affairs Division of the French Treasury (Ministry of Economy, Industry and Employment).
